Product Returns

Please read the ingredient list carefully if you are allergic or sensitive. We want to make sure you’re using the products correctly, and your satisfaction is important to us! 

We have a 7 day return policy. If you changed your mind or received the incorrect product with your online purchase or it arrived damaged, simply return the unused product and we will gladly issue a refund/exchange. Returned products must be received unopened/unused and in resalable condition. No returns on opened products.


Jewelry Returns

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of receipt on all unworn  jewelry. You will be credited in full, minus all shipping charges. We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns, and exchange.


Shipping Policy

All orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday from 10am –4pm. Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. 

All domestic shipments are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and will require a signature upon delivery if the contents are $500+. 


Cancellation Policy

We require at least a 24 hours cancellation request. No show appointments will be charged a 50% no show fee.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
